Overview
There may be times when you need to edit or delete a recurring schedule in Echo360—for example, due to a room or time change. To make updates, you will need to (1) locate the schedule and (2) edit or delete the relevant schedule entry or entries.
Instructions
By Using Schedulure Role:
1. Locate the schedule
Go to Courses tab
Search for the Course, find the Section & Term.
2. Edit or Delete the schedule
Mouse over the Term, and click on the Calendar Icon
Locate the schedule, and click the chevron arrow to expand the selection. (Tip: Pay extra attention to the Date)
Use the left or right arrow to find the recording date.
Click on the schedule and select the Edit or Delete icon.
Edit: Editing a recurring schedule will apply changes to all future recordings in the series, beginning with the selected occurrence . Previously recorded events will not be affected. If you only need to modify a single event (not the entire series), it is recommended that you delete that specific occurrence and create a new one-time schedule instead.
Delete: A prompt will appear allowing you to choose between ‘Delete All Events’ and ‘Delete Single Event.’ Selecting ‘Delete All Events’ will remove all past and future scheduled sessions; however, previously recorded events will not be deleted. Selecting ‘Delete Single Event’ will remove only the selected occurrence. (Tip: Be sure to confirm the date/time before proceeding.)
