Overview
There may be times when you need to edit or modify an existing schedule in Echo360. This guide explains how to make those changes using either a Scheduler role or an Administrator role.
Instructions
Editing a single Echo360 schedule (Scheduler Role)
On the Courses page, locate the course and the section for the capture you are looking for.
Click the Calendar icon.
Locate and then click to expand on the scheduled capture that you want to edit.
Click the timed entry corresponding to the selected schedule
Click the Edit icon
The scheduling form will appear and you can make your changes here.
Click the Save button once finished.
Note: You can only edit future schedules. Please DO NOT edit a schedule that is currently recording or edit any past schedules. Editing a schedule that is currently recording will STOP the recording.
Editing a single Echo360 schedule (Admin Role)
As Admin, you can edit a schedule using the above method or you can use the Capture page. Below instructions explain how to edit through the Capture page.
Go to the Captures page
Go to the Scheduled subtab
You can use the Search field to search for the schedule. Click Clear next to the date if you need to locate schedules beyond today's date.
Click on the schedule that you want to edit
The scheduling form will appear and you can make changes here.
Click the Save button once finished.
Note: You can only edit future schedules. Please DO NOT edit a schedule that is currently recording or edit any past schedules. Editing a schedule that is currently recording will STOP the recording.
