Overview
Blackboard allows you to not only create assignments but grade and give feedback to coursework.
Instructions
Sign in into your Blackboard course - https://learn.mssm.edu
From the left navigation menu, select the content area where you’d like to insert an assignment
From the Assessments dropdown menu, select Assignment
Create Assignment Settings
Within the assignment information, provide assignment name and instructions
Under Assignment Files, you may choose to attach a file from your computer by selecting Browse My Computer or you may attach file from the course repository by selecting Browse Content Collection.
If your browser allows, dragging and dropping files from your computer into the “hot spot” indicated above with the dashed lines
Optional. You may enter a due date.
Under Grading, enter the Points Possible.
You can expand the sections in grey to further customize grading policy.
Under Availability, you can adjust the assignment's availability, display dates (when students can see the assignment), as well as track student views.
Click Submit
