When courses are created for the new semester, course supporters and course directors are responsible for making it "available" when they feel it is ready to be shown to the students.
From Outside Your Course
Go to your Courses paged on the left navigation pane
Click the 3 dots ... to the right of your course.
Select Open course.
From Within Your Course
Click on the lock icon in the upper right corner of your course to make it available.
You know your course is available when the lock icon looks like it is "unlocked."
That's it! Now your course is available to all students who have registered for the course.
IMPORTANT NOTE:Â If you want to make your course unavailable to students, select Make course private from the drop down menu or select the lock icon from within your course.
