How to Publish Media from Library into Echo360 Course

Overview

As Instructor, you have the ability to upload other external media files into your own personal Echo360 Library. There may be times when you want to publish the media files that you have under your Library into your Echo360 course. Please note that this guide will most useful for those Blackboard courses that are setup with Echo360 LTI.

Instruction

• Login to https://echo360.org using your Email address and your network password.

  • If you have multiple roles in Echo360, please ensure that you are logged in under your Instructor profile.

  • To do so, select your profile icon in the upper right corner, then click the Change button to switch to the Instructor profile.

• Go to the Library tab

• Click the three dots on the media file > Select Share

• Choose the Course, Term and Section

• Select New Class. (Important) - Do not select Existing Class as it will override the existing recording in the class.

• Provide Class name - This is normally the same as the title of the recording

• Start Date, Start Time, and Duration is not mandatory. However, please provide this information if you have it, as this may be helpful for students.

• Click Share to finish
