Overall Process
1. Send your test to the Pre-Clerkship team formally known as the Office of Curriculum Support (OCS).
When you are finished building your test in Microsoft Word, send the document over to the Pre-Clerkship team.
Send the Pre-Clerkship team any information they need to fill out the MedEd Test Request Form (How long the test will be, what day it opens and closes, etc.)
The Pre-Clerkship team is responsible for ensuring the formatting of the test is correct and they have all the information they need for the settings of the exam.
If there are formatting errors, the Pre-Clerkship team will send the test back to you for corrections or they will fix it for you.
When the test has been processed by the Education Technology, you will receive another email, and your test will be available for your review in your Blackboard course.
2. Review the test
The Course/Module Director is responsible for reviewing the test content.
Open your Blackboard course, and find your test by going to the area where you asked us to deploy it.
