Overview
This guide only applies to users who have a NON-Mount Sinai account and do NOT have an Active Directory password.
Instructions
1. Go to https://learn.mssm.edu
2. Click …”Log in with Your External Account”
3. Enter your Username and Password
4. Click Sign In
Notes:
Once you are logged in to Blackboard, you will see your name on the left side of the navigation menu. If you do not see your name, it could mean that you have not logged in to Blackboard. Please attempt to login once more by clicking the Login button.
You should be able to see the courses that you are enrolled in under the Courses tab or under Organization tab from the left navigation menu. If you do not see your courses, please contact the Course Director or Leader of the course to gain access to the missing course.
