Start at the destination where the copy is being placed onto.
Instructions

Go to the location where you’d like to place the test. For example, under a folder or under a learning module.
Click the Plus sign then select Copy Content.
Locate the course where you’d like the test to be copied from (the source course).
Click on the course name or click on the arrow next to the course name.
Note: Do not place a check mark on the course name.
Navigate to where the Test is located in the source course. (Often times, it is located under Assessment folder.)
Place a check mark on the Test then select Start Copy.
A notification is displayed at the bottom of the page indicating that it is “copying content” and a “copy complete” message once it is finished.
Note: If the test is nested within a folder, do not place a check mark on the folder. Instead go inside the folder to find the test.
